According to sources familiar with the development, the new facility, named CY+, situated in the village of Wintersville, will offer physician-certified patients of Ohio access to a wide range of pharmaceutical-grade cannabis. As per trusted sources, the CY+ dispensary will provide a full range of high-quality medical cannabis to patients who’ve been certified by a physician to have any one of the 21 approved medical conditions. Besides the dispensary in Wintersville, the company has developed an environmentally advanced 50,000 square foot of growing and cultivation facility located in Yellow Springs, Ohio which will be the statewide supplier of Cresco’s full set of branded products. Charles Bachtell, CEO of Cresco Labs, said in a statement that being the first cannabis operator to be approved is a major milestone in the transformation of Ohio’s cannabis program.
